TOUR CLASSIFICATION
Scheduled Escorted Tours – Bronze
Minimum of 1 passenger and a maximum of 13 passengers per vehicle. Accommodation is offered in midrange properties on a Bed and Breakfast basis.
Scheduled Escorted Tours – Silver
Minimum of 2 passenger and a maximum of 9 passengers per vehicle. Accommodation ranges from upper good middle class properties on a half board basis.
Schedule Escorted Tours – Gold
Minimum of 2 passengers and a maximum of 6 passengers per minibus. Accommodation is the best in the area on a half board basis with key activities included.
Schedule Escorted Tours – Platinum
The Rolls Royce of all tours takes clients through Namibia in complete luxurious, exclusive style. Minimum of 2 passengers and a maximum of 4 passengers. Superior accommodation and service is offered
Included on Scheduled Tours:
- All accommodation, transportation and sightseeing as detailed in the itinerary.

SCHEDULE TOUR INFORMATION:
- Schedule Bus Tours start and end as per individual itineraries
- Pre & Post accommodation and Transfers will be arranged on request.
- Smoking on board vehicles is not allowed
- Minimum & Maximum number of guests indicated per Tour
- Qualified driver/guide
- Collection will be from Hotels / Pensions on the morning of departure as from 08h00.
- Due to the nature of the tours no children under 12yrs are allowed. We can accommodate children under the age of 12yrs on a private tour basis
- Same day flight departures out of Windhoek International only are possible after 18h00.
- Arrival flights on day of tour departure to be no later than 09h00
Private escorted bus tour programs are guaranteed in English, German, & Afrikaans, while other language guides may be requested
